Location is good, just few minutes walk to station and shopping mall.
Reception service is good and feedback nicely
Cleanliness is not up to standard
In room facility is sufficient, but need to clean up before using them

Please read reviews before you stay!!. We didn’t! This place was filthy. Glass screen in one shower falling off. Grubby walls. It’s like the other review. So much damage to the rooms. We decided to pack our bags and head home after Vivid to the Blue Mountains , we were lucky that we didn’t have such a long drive for that option to be actioned. They need new management and spend some money on a decent cleaning company. Do not stay!! I hope I can get a full refund today!!

If you ever think about staying here, don't. We had a group of 14 people and every one of us had a tale to tell. One of us had to put their shoe in the door to stop it from closing as there was no door handle on the inside and they would have been locked in. Tables with 3 legs falling over, rooms with only one lightbulb working, dishwashers with no front panel, double beds with single blankets and most of all every single room dirty, dust under beds, cupboards with stains, burnt on grime on hotplates and fithly fridges. Broken down and dirty is how I would desribe it.

The room was run down and in need of an update. There was dried liquid that had run down the wall and not been cleaned off. The bedside light did not work. The floor looked like it had been mopped with a dirty mop.
